Her approach emphasizes clear communication, creative problem-solving, and minimizing conflict whenever possible. Ms. Samuels believes that mediation is an empowering process for clients, offering a more collaborative and cost-effective alternative to litigation while keeping control of the outcome in their hands.

Ms. Samuels earned her Juris Doctorate from George Washington University Law School in 2009. She also holds a Master’s degree in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Peacebuilding, further strengthening her ability to guide clients through complex and emotionally charged legal disputes with skill and compassion. She completed her undergraduate studies at George Washington University in 2005, graduating cum laude with a double major in Political Communication and History.

Since her admission to the California State Bar in 2010, Ms. Samuels has been recognized for her professional excellence. Good Boy
Winchester "Chester"
Winchester “Chester” is the Law Office of Christiana E. Samuels’ beloved office dog and unofficial morale booster. A 9-year-old pug-Boston terrier mix and proud rescue pup, Chester’s journey from shelter to cherished team member is a testament to resilience and second chances—values we hold dear in our office.

Chester’s unique personality makes him a standout member of the team. While he’s deeply loyal to everyone who walks through our doors, he does have one small fear—paper. (We suspect it’s because the legal world has a bit too much of it!) Despite his apprehension toward documents, Chester is quick to warm up to anyone who offers him treats.

When he’s not napping in the sun or “helping” clients by providing emotional support and protecting them from mail, Chester loves making rounds in the office, looking for belly rubs and sneaking extra snacks. He reminds us daily that even in the most stressful legal situations, a little love and kindness can make all the difference.
